Bruschetta with Spicy Green Olive Tapenade



Combine all the ingredients except the bread in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Spread on each slice of baguette and serve.
1 cup Gaea "Green olive tapenade"

2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. anchovy paste

1 tsp. rosemary

1 pinch red pepper flakes

1 garlic clove, minced

4 Tbsp. Gaea "D.O.P. Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil"

18 1-inch (3-cm) thick slices of baguette, toasted
