"Gaea
Kalamata Olive Confit"
with Prosciutto and Mascarpone
Place a teaspoon of mascarpone on each of the prosciutto
strips followed by a teaspoon of "Gaea Kalamata Olive
Confit". Sprinkle with pepper and roll up tightly.
Serve.
Alternatively: Spread 12 thick plain breadsticks with
mascarpone and "Gaea Kalamata Olive Confit",
sprinkle with pepper, wrap a slice of prosciutto around
each and serve.
