Burgers with Feta and SunDried Tomatoes Bruschetta
1. Combine the ground meats, onion, parsley, tomato paste,
egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Knead well and chill
for one hour.
2. Light the grill or broiler. Shape 6-8 burgers out of
the ground meat mixture and grill to desired doneness. About
5 minutes before removing from heat, add the feta slices
and grill or broil until the cheese begins to brown and
melt slightly. Grill the bread. Serve the burgers over the
bread, topped with the Gaea "Sundried Tomato Bruschetta".
