“Whereas all things related to the Mediterranean diet are nowadays very trendy, we decided to move into the production of bakery products, evolving our traditional “DURUDUS” bakery, led only by the word “effort”. Effort towards our heritage and the memories of 3 generations bred in the tradition of Sfakia.

Our grandmother Anna, on her way to Sfakia to get married, crossed Samaria Canyon and brought back with her all the traditional cooking secrets. These secrets were inherited by her children and grandchildren.

Respect of tradition, selection of fine, pure ingredients and products and the incredible taste as a result are the elements that mark our family’s path.

With the authentic traditional recipes in our hands, we start our trip to the world, to promote the true Cretan taste
